Who we are
RAS Solutions sells laptops in Lebanon, also known to customers as RAS Laptops. We are an online seller of refurbished ex-corporate business laptops in Lebanon, mainly Dell Latitude, HP ProBook and Lenovo ThinkPad. Every unit we have is listed on this site with its price, and we deliver all over Lebanon.
What “open box, ex-corporate” means
These are business machines that came out of company fleets. Companies replace their laptops on a cycle, and the machines that come off that cycle are graded, tested and cleaned before they are sold on. That is what we sell.
To be plain about it: these laptops are not new, and they are not consumer returns. They are business-grade hardware that has already been in service, checked over and prepared to go back to work. Cosmetic condition varies a little from one unit to the next. If that matters to you, ask us for a video of the exact machine before you order.
Warranty
Every laptop we sell carries a 3-month warranty, starting the day you receive it. If something covered goes wrong inside that window, message us on WhatsApp and we take care of it.
Delivery
Delivery is free anywhere in Lebanon. We agree the timing with you on WhatsApp once you order. We do not quote a fixed delivery date up front.
Payment
You pay cash on delivery, or through Whish or OMT. We do not take card details over chat.
You inspect the laptop before you pay
When the driver arrives, you open the laptop, turn it on and check it while they wait. You pay after you have looked at it. If it is not what you expected, you are not obliged to take it.
Online only
We do not have a physical shop. Everything happens over WhatsApp and Instagram, and the laptop comes to you. If you want to see a particular unit before you decide, ask and we will send you a video of that specific machine.
Prices
Prices run roughly from $220 to $430, depending on the processor generation, the RAM and the storage. Every price is listed publicly on the laptops page, in US dollars.
Keyboards and languages
Most units have Arabic and English keyboards. If you need one or the other specifically, tell us before you order and we will check what we have.
